Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to business clients (B2B) only.

An assignment is agreed once the client accepts our proposal in writing or by email.

Monthly packages have no minimum term and can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the current paid month.

Packages are invoiced in advance with a payment term of [e.g. 14 days]. In case of late payment we may pause the work and charge statutory interest.

If the client pauses during the term, the monthly fee remains due, or a pause fee of [AMOUNT/PERCENTAGE] applies.

Every video includes one round for all changes and one round to check and approve. Extra rounds are charged at [RATE].

On average we deliver within 3 working days of a complete upload. If a video in a monthly package is not delivered within 3 working days, that video is free. Rush delivery is available for a surcharge.

The client guarantees it holds the rights to all footage and music it supplies.

After full payment the client receives the right to use the delivered videos. Project files and our own templates remain the property of WorldVision Media.

We only show work as an example with the client's permission.

Both parties keep confidential information confidential.

Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the month concerned.

Where we process personal data in client material, we conclude a data processing agreement (GDPR art. 28).

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in [DISTRICT].
